Executive Management

Michael Tabman founded SPIRIT Asset Protection, LLC after retiring from 24 years of service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  He rose through the ranks from a street agent investigating white collar crimes, violent crimes, organized crime, drug trafficking and security clearance background investigations to the Senior Executive Service.  He served as an Inspector in Charge conducting internal audits to gauge operational effectiveness and efficiency, compliance and financial accountability, and also managed the FBI financial internal audit unit.  He attended the CIA Inspector General School.  As a Special Agent in Charge,  Mr. Tabman provided executive management of all operations, personnel, financial, legal and media matters.  His professional travels took him to Russia, Ukraine, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and anti-terrorism training in Israel.  Mr. Tabman is a CPA, holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Security Administration, is a Certified Protection Professional and an Insurance Agent. 

Christine Willant, a graduate of Georgetown University has over 15 years experience in Human Resources.  She began her career in business administration in 1990 with one of the leading property management software firms in the New York City metropolitan area.  Within a few years she was promoted to Associate Director of Human Resources.  In 2000, she was appointed as the Director of Human Resources for The Realm in Glen Head, NY.  She was also employed as an editor for the New York Newsday newspaper.  Ms. Willant has served as an Operations and Human Resource consultant.  Ms. Willant reviews SPIRIT's recommendations to assess the possible impact upon your most precious asset - your employees.
